Participant responsibilities

Participants should keep profile, resume, qualification, and contact details current. Any application, interview, or job conversation is subject to organizer review and separate hiring decisions.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for booth content, job descriptions, recruiter conduct, interview scheduling, and compliance with applicable employment and data protection obligations.

Account access

Users must protect login credentials and notify the support team if unauthorized access is suspected. Accounts may be restricted if activity appears abusive, misleading, or harmful to the event experience.

Event content

Webinars, booth media, downloadable materials, chat messages, and announcements are provided for informational purposes. The platform team may update or remove content to keep the experience accurate and safe.

Availability

The event platform may require maintenance, updates, or third-party services. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
